I assessed Auto Posher’s features against what Nifty (the rebranded version) now offers. The upgrade is clear: Nifty has faster inventory management and delisting, better features, and a cleaner dashboard.

My Auto Posher quick verdict

Auto Posher, once a crosslisting tool and Poshmark automation bot, was upgraded and rebranded to Nifty in February 2025. It now has a cleaner interface, AI tools, and improved analytics.

Nifty offers stronger automation and more advanced features than Auto Posher, marking a clear upgrade.

What was Auto Posher?

Auto Posher was an automation and crosslisting platform that helped resellers manage their inventory. It automated daily Poshmark tasks such as sharing listings, following users, and sending offers to likers.

Users could upload their items to Auto Posher and crosspost them to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop. This blend of automated tasks and crosslisting made it a popular choice for multi-platform sellers who wanted to save time each week.

Auto Posher’s old features

Auto Posher offered a set of features that helped resellers manage multi-platform inventory:

  • Automate Poshmark shares, follows, and offers: Auto Posher handled repetitive actions like sharing listings, following users, and sending offers to likers. Users could schedule shares during peak activity hours to keep listings active in Poshmark’s algorithm without manual effort.
  • Crosslisting: Auto Posher allowed users to upload one listing with images, descriptions, and pricing, then automatically reformatted it for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop. It also adjusted listings to meet each marketplace’s title and image requirements.
  • Auto-delisting: When an item sold on one platform, Auto Posher removed it from others to prevent duplicate sales. This instant delisting protected seller ratings and prevented buyers from ordering out-of-stock items.
  • Relist stale listings: Auto Posher detected low-engagement listings and relisted them as new posts to boost visibility. Sellers could schedule bulk relists weekly or monthly, reviving stagnant listings across marketplaces without manual work.

What real users said about Auto Posher

After turning back the clock and sifting through archives on Reddit, YouTube, and other sources, I’ve pulled up some reviews that past users posted about Auto Posher:

Auto Posher pros

  • More features than other tools offered at the time: One user praised Auto Posher for combining automation and crosslisting, a step up from Vendoo and List Perfectly. At the time, those two platforms offered automation only. (May 21st, 2024)
  • Helped increase revenue: A YouTuber gleefully noted that Auto Posher helped them make more money from sales by offloading manual tasks and increasing their reach. (February 9th, 2025)

Auto Posher cons

  • Sync feature caused listing issues: An Auto Posher user complained that after syncing, none of their listings aligned properly. They spent hours manually fixing the errors and found the process confusing. (August 20th, 2024)
  • Slow performance: A user shared that Auto Posher worked well initially but became unbearably slow, so slow that they could crosslist faster manually. (September 10th, 2024)

How Nifty is an upgrade

Nifty is the upgraded rebrand of Auto Posher. The rebrand retained all core functions and introduced the following new capabilities:

  1. A better command center: Nifty’s redesigned interface organizes inventory, automation settings, and analytics into clear, responsive tabs that load faster than Auto Posher’s original layout.
  2. AI listing generation: Upload an item photo, and Nifty’s AI will spin up a title, SEO optimized description, and tags.
  3. Faster uploading, crosslisting, and auto-delisting: The tool processes crosslisting and auto-delisting updates rapidly, resolving Auto Posher’s queue delays and inventory mismatches.
  4. Smart inventory filters: You can now cut scrolling time between listings with Nifty’s flexible filters for sorting listings by platform, date added, price range, or engagement metrics like views and likes.
  5. Built-in photo-editing suite: Nifty has its own photo editor for basic adjustments, like brightness, cropping pictures, or adding text overlays directly inside the platform. Plus, you can access Photoroom for background removals through Nifty.
  6. Nifty tracks various types of performance analytics and detailed engagement data, including:
    • Sales and revenue: Track total sales, revenue trends, average sale price, and profit per order
    • Marketplace performance: Compare revenue and pricing across platforms to see where items perform best
    • Product insights: View top-selling brands and categories to guide sourcing.
    • Financials: You can monitor marketplace, shipping, and promoted listing fees, along with total expenses and net profit
    • Expenses: Log all expenses, including mileage, for accurate cost tracking
  7. Improved delisting logic and bulk-edit tools: With an improved auto-delisting engine, Nifty now verifies a sale before removing listings elsewhere. This change prevents the system from taking down active items by mistake. The bulk editor enables batch updates across platforms so that you can modify prices, descriptions, or shipping settings in one step.
  8. Etsy integration: Nifty expanded beyond Auto Posher’s original 4 platforms with a full Etsy integration, reaching audiences who favor handmade and vintage goods. (More platforms are coming soon!)

What real users are saying about Nifty …

I dug up more recent reviews that current Nifty users posted on sites like YouTube, Reddit, and TrustPilot.

Nifty pros

  • Faster performance: A longtime Vendoo user said the platform had become painfully slow, prompting them to switch to Nifty. They were amazed by its upgrades, as they could list many more items in hours, compared to only 24 on Vendoo. This also indicates that Nifty resolved Auto Posher’s slow uploading. (May 1st, 2025)
  • Nifty is superior to Flyp for crosslisting: One reviewer shared that after trying both Nifty and Flyp, Nifty stood out as a far better crosslisting tool. They noted that Flyp lacked Nifty’s bulk edit and update capabilities. (July 4th, 2025)
  • User prefers Nifty over Vendoo: A user reported that moving 5,300 listings from Vendoo to Nifty AI was the best business decision they’ve made. The transition went smoothly without issues, and they highly recommended Nifty for its ease and reliability. (July 16th, 2025)

Nifty cons

  • Hesitation about higher pricing: A new seller stated that they can’t justify Nifty’s high costs when most of their sales come from only one platform. (March 1st, 2025)
  • Accuracy and automation setup could be better: A user who tested Nifty’s AI listing tool found that it sometimes misread brand names and logos. (June 14th, 2025)
  • Improvements needed for listings other than clothing: One reviewer noted that while Nifty works decently for clothing crosslisting, it could improve for other categories, as its AI often misses ISBNs and mislabels book genres. (August 22nd, 2025)

My personal take on Auto Posher becoming Nifty

Auto Posher was already one of the most practical reseller tools before the rebrand, so Nifty didn’t need to reinvent the wheel. The upgrade simply refined what worked best: Crosslisting now runs more smoothly, automation stays steady without random stalls, and the analytics dashboard looks sharper and more organized.

Long-time Auto Posher users may need a short adjustment period, since some menus and settings have shifted. But once you settle in, Nifty delivers even more automation power.

Plus, the photo-editing tool lets you present your items more professionally than you could on Auto Posher. The analytics suite offers excellent feedback so you can adjust your strategies to increase your bottom line.

Final verdict: Is Nifty right for you?

Nifty offers plans for everyone:

  • Multi-platform sellers: If you sell across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy, Nifty’s crosslisting and auto-delisting features save hours each week.
  • High-volume resellers: Managing 500+ listings becomes far easier with Nifty’s faster processing and organized dashboard. Bulk edits, analytics tracking, and AI-generated listings reduce the chaos of manual listing maintenance.
  • Former Auto Posher users: If you relied on Auto Posher but dealt with slow syncing or random stalls, Nifty smooths those issues out. The familiar automation tools run faster and more reliably with a cleaner interface and newer features.
  • People selling on the go: Nifty’s cloud-based platform and mobile access make it practical for resellers who need to manage listings on their phones or tablets.
  • Single-platform sellers: You can get Nifty’s automation features on single platforms like Poshmark, Depop, eBay, or Mercari for only $25/month.
  • Beginners: New sellers who want to save time without mastering complex tools will find Nifty approachable. Its automation setup walks you through listing, sharing, and auto-delisting.

Nifty is the next level up from Auto Posher. You get the same automation power with smoother crosslisting, steadier runs, and a cleaner workspace that makes managing inventories of any size easier.

Nifty: New name, upgraded features

If there’s one thing you can take away from this Auto Posher review, it’s that the tool has evolved. Nifty delivers faster and smoother crosslisting, analytics, and automation for sharing and item uploading.

Here’s why over 10,000 sellers trust Nifty:

  • AI-powered listings: Snap a photo and Nifty’s AI builds an SEO title, optimized description, and hashtags.
  • Crosslisting: With just a few clicks, publish to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy (more marketplaces coming very soon!). No copy-paste or multiple tabs required.
  • Smart auto-delisting: When an item sells, Nifty removes it from all other platforms. No more double sales or awkward “sold already” messages.
  • Bulk tools that save hours: Schedule relists, apply discounts, or update dozens of items at once, hands-free.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor sales, fees, top-performing items, and profit trends in one clean, visual dashboard.
