Vendoo pricing in 2025: What you get (and what you don’t)
.png)
Vendoo pricing starts at $8.99/month, but expect to pay $19.99 to $69.99 plus a series of $4.99 to $11.99 add-ons for anything actually useful.
You’ll get basic crossposting and inventory storage, but you won't get AI listings, cloud-based automation, real analytics, or unlimited anything without using your credit card again. There is technically a free plan, but it only gives you 5 listings.
So, while Vendoo makes you pay extra for every useful feature, Nifty’s clear pricing includes AI listing generation, automatic delisting, streamlined analytics, and bulk tools without the “baggage fee model.” Nifty is made to solve problems. It's for sellers who love getting to the point and making money.
What is Vendoo?
Vendoo is a crossposting app that lets you list on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, FB Marketplace, and (if you pay extra) Etsy — all from one screen. No magic, just less copy-paste.
What do you actually get with Vendoo?
- Supported marketplaces: Poshmark, eBay, Grailed, Shopify, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, other niche marketplaces, and Facebook Marketplace (but that’s still a copy-paste grind). Etsy is only unlocked on the pricier plans, so get your credit card ready. Vinted was added in February 2025. Vendoo tends to keep many of these around as “beta” for a long time (we’re talking over a year), which users tend to … not love.
- No AI listing generator: Vendoo offers AI-assisted optimizations, but every listing is still manual labor. You'll need to create your listings from scratch. No “snap a picture and let AI do the rest,” just a lot of trial and error.
- Inventory tools are basic: You want some semblance of analytics? Prepare to pay extra. And you're definitely not getting any useful analytics on the free plan. Think, “write it down and hope it adds up at the end of the year.” Yup, with Vendoo, every entry is manual.
- Vendoo’s crosslisting is the main event: Everything else (bulk import, analytics, auto-delisting) is a paid upgrade or locked behind caps. The bad part? Bulk import is not even real, it’s click-to-confirm every single match.
Vendoo’s vibe: It's okay if you’re side-hustling a few listings a week and not interested in using the extra features. But if you’re building a business or have more than just a few listings, expect to hit the paywall. Other tools (like Nifty!) offer more for less, and that's just reality.
Vendoo pricing per month: Plans, caps, and what you’re really paying for
Vendoo’s pricing looks simple until you scale up, then the true cost hits hard. Here’s exactly what you get at every tier, what’s missing, and where your money actually goes.
What does the fine print mean?
You hit your item cap? Upgrade or pay à la carte — unfortunately, there's no mercy for high-volume listers. Even on the Unlimited plan, you only get 1,500 background removals before you have to pay again.
Want analytics, bulk imports, or inventory tools? That’s another upcharge. There’s no real Vendoo free trial for advanced features, so if you want to see what “pro” feels like, get your plastic ready.
Where does Vendoo work well?
Vendoo is the crossposting app you grab when you’re done trying to DIY, but not ready for the Olympic reseller trials.
- Crossposting to 10+ marketplaces: You can blast your inventory out to 11 platforms from your dashboard, and you don’t have to juggle a million browser tabs to do it.
- Send offers, auto-delist, and track sales on most platforms: Offer and list on several sites, which means less manual cleanup (and fewer angry “is this still available?” DMs). This can be tricky, though, as many users note that Vendoo's sales detection and delisting features are unreliable. Plus, for auto-delisting and sales detection to work properly, your computer must be on and connected to your marketplaces.
- Unlimited inventory storage: You’re not going to hit a storage limit and suddenly get locked out. Your unsold pile is about the only thing that's uncapped on Vendoo.
- Background remover and high-res photo tools: Your low-quality photos can look like you actually tried to get a good shot. But! Background removals are limited. You only get what's included in your plan’s quota.
- Profit tracking and business analytics (basic): You can see where the money’s going and what’s moving, but you have to type all the sales numbers in yourself. At that point, it’s no better than Google Sheets.
- Customer support actually exists: Not a given in this industry. If something doesn't work, you can speak to a real human (seven days a week). Even so, some users have reported issues with untrained and unhelpful customer service agents.
- An actual Vendoo app: Users have said the Vendoo app is glitchy, sluggish, unreliable, disappointing, the app crashes, and it doesn't function as advertised. That said, you’re not stuck in front of your laptop screen. The app does support fewer reselling platforms than the website, so be aware of that. Also, if you’re not into apps, you need Vendoo’s Chrome extension for your desktop.
Spoiler: When you’re ready for relief from repetitive tasks and glitching apps, you know where to find Nifty.
Where does Vendoo fall short?
Vendoo gets you started, but the limits and upcharges can be very demotivating.
- Add-ons everywhere you look: Want to bulk import, bulk delist, or hit all 11 marketplaces? Every function is $4.99/month or $11.99/month for the “Bundle.” Forget “all-inclusive”. Vendoo's pricing model is tedious – let's call it the airline baggage fee model of crossposting.
- “Unlimited crossposting” comes with a catch: Unlimited means inventory storage, not unlimited monthly listings unless you pay for the top plan. However, you’ll still hit caps and pay more as you grow.
- Auto-delisting is only for up to 5 marketplaces: Crossposting to every site sounds great until you realize you still have to manually clean up some platforms, or pay extra for the privilege. Manual delisting is definitely one time-consuming task we could all do without.
- Profit tracking and analytics could be better: You can get some business insights, but it’s not easy – you have to input data for every sale yourself. High-volume sellers tend to skip this feature because the time spent on manually inputting their data in Vendoo is actually better spent on regular old Excel.
- Stale listing reminders, but you do the heavy lifting: Vendoo reminds you about old listings, but you’ll still need to bulk delist or relist. And (at this point, not surprisingly), that’s another paid add-on.
- PhotoRoom background remover quota: Every plan gives you a quota (no plan is unlimited). Go over your limit, and you’ll have to pay even more to keep your photos clean.
Nifty vs. Vendoo: Side-by-side for sellers
Let’s be honest: Both tools will help you stop copy-pasting and give you more free time. But only Nifty is upfront about what you’re paying for, and Vendoo only saves you time when it's actually working.
Which platforms do Vendoo and Nifty support?
Let's make sure you have all the info on marketplace compatibility before you sign up. Here’s what’s real, as of 2025.
Why does marketplace compatibility matter?
If your platform mix is “the big four” (Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop), both work fine. Facebook Marketplace and Etsy are a little trickier. You’ll have to manually export for Facebook Marketplace, and pay more for Etsy with Vendoo. However, Nifty comes with full Etsy integration and is rolling out support for more marketplaces with full transparency.
Which tool fits your style?
Bottom line: If you're selling as more of a side hustle, and you're still figuring it out, Vendoo keeps things relatively simple. However, if you’re building a legit business (or a legit side hustle!) and want real tools, Nifty makes your day a lot easier.
Why do resellers love Nifty?
Don’t let Vendoo pricing get the best of your hard-earned money. You want transparency, a trusted reselling solution, and ease of use, right?
It’s easier with Nifty, the best AI command hub that makes crosslisting, automation, and analytics painless, fast, and way more fun than double-listing an item.
- AI listing moves: Snap a pic and let Nifty’s AI build a boss-level listing, with SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, trending hashtags, and every dropdown already filled out for you.
- Crosslist now: With a couple of clicks, post your items across Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and more. No copy-paste, no multi-tab hell.
- Automatic delisting? Handled: When you make a sale, Nifty pulls that item from every marketplace, so say goodbye to double-selling disasters and “sorry, it’s already gone” apology messages.
- Bulk tools = no busywork: Relist, update, or discount dozens of items at once. Schedule everything and keep your store looking fresh as we run your updates in the background.
- Analytics and profits are real: Track sales, fees, top performers, and slow movers in one clean interface, so you can actually see what’s working and what’s just dead space.

Frequently asked questions
1. How much does Vendoo cost per month?
Vendoo plans start at $8.99, but real users shell out $19.99–$69.99, plus add-ons for “bonus” features. If you don't like microtransactions, don't go with Vendoo.
2. Is Vendoo free to use?
Technically, yes. You get five listings, which really isn't enough to support most sellers. If you want to actually make a profit or run a business, you'll need to break out your credit card and purchase a paid Vendoo plan.
3. Does Vendoo include analytics or profit tracking?
There’s “business analytics,” but it’s not really automated. This means that you’ll have to get very comfortable with manual data entry, and hope against hope that everything adds up come tax season.
4. Which platforms do both tools support?
Both handle Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy. Facebook Marketplace is manual on Vendoo, but Nifty is bringing full FBMP support (and more!) soon.
5. Can I generate listings with AI using either tool?
You can with Nifty. AI turns your photos into listings, even if you’re out of adjectives. However, Vendoo users do not get AI listings. If you're on Vendoo, better get your typing mitts out.
