PrimeLister pricing starts at $15 for eBay automation. My analysis reviews each plan’s cost, features, and capabilities. Compare PrimeLister to competitors to pick the tool that best fits your needs.

PrimeLister pricing plans: At a glance

PrimeLister is a crosslisting and automation tool. It offloads manual reselling tasks, and its Pro version lets you crosslist on 8 platforms, including Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Depop, Grailed, and Shopify.

Plan Best for Key strengths Key weaknesses Monthly pricing
eBay Automation Single-store eBay sellers Unlimited relists and watcher offers Possible double fees without monitoring $15
Poshmark Automation High-volume Poshmark closets Unlimited actions plus cloud automation No relist limits; manual timing needed $25
Crosslisting Basic Single-marketplace bulk relisters Bulk import plus scheduled relisting No true crosslisting, despite plan’s name $30
Crosslisting Pro Multi-platform resale operations Full crosslisting across major marketplaces Heavy features require consistent oversight $49.99

eBay Automation: $15/month per store

For $15 per month, PrimeLister connects to your eBay store and works solely for eBay automation. This pricing includes unlimited auto-recreate cycles and automatic offers to watchers. The tool also offers priority email and chat support.

However, monitor PrimeLister’s eBay relisting tool because if it relists accounts too often, you may get double-charged for listing fees. PrimeLister offers tools to control relisting frequency and can help prevent accidental duplicate listings.

Always monitor your dashboard and eBay listing count to avoid unintentionally exceeding free allowances or causing double listing fees. Or get a tool with a clear monthly recreate policy baked in.

Poshmark Automation: $24.99/month per closet

PrimeLister's Poshmark Automation gives you these features:

  • Unlimited Poshmark actions: PrimeLister automates sharing, relisting, following, and bulk offers without limits, usage caps, or hidden platform fees.
  • Cloud bot with CAPTCHA: The automation runs in the cloud, solves CAPTCHA automatically, and keeps your Poshmark closet consistently active.
  • Smart activity scheduling: You schedule future tasks with Smart Activity to control relisting timing and avoid Poshmark Jail.

But PrimeLister doesn’t have a built-in relisting limit, so you’ll need to manually monitor your relists. To avoid account warnings or suspension, don’t relist any item within 60 days of its last listing date, and space out listing removals to prevent triggering Poshmark’s Excessive Listing policy.

Crosslisting Basic: $29.99/month

This plan allows for the following actions:

  • Bulk actions: Allows bulk import and scheduled relisting
  • Poshmark/eBay tasks: Supports planned actions like relists and sharing
  • Manual delist: Delete items from your dashboard by clicking on them after they sell

However, despite the name, the Crosslisting Basic plan doesn’t actually allow crosslisting to multiple marketplaces. You can only post and manage listings on one marketplace with this plan.

Crosslisting Pro: $49.99/month

PrimeLister's Crosslisting Pro Plan offers more features than the previous three plans, including:

  • Full crosslisting features: This plan adds true crosslisting, letting you post items to Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Depop, Grailed, and Shopify.
  • Centralized inventory dashboard: You track all items in one place, organize listings with custom tags, and filter by brand for bulk edits.
  • Unlimited automation tools: The plan includes unlimited scheduled tasks, relisting, delisting (but not on Facebook Marketplace), and import features.
  • Complete workflow control: You manage multi-platform operations without switching tabs or losing track of listings, keeping your resale workflow efficient and fully organized.

Which PrimeLister plan should you choose?

The PrimeLister plan that fits best depends on which marketplaces you use and how much automation you need.

Choose eBay Automation if …

You focus solely on eBay and want automated tools. At $15/month, PrimeLister gives you unlimited auto-recreate cycles and sends automatic offers to watchers. It's the cheapest option for eBay specialists, but watch your relisting frequency closely.

Choose Poshmark Automation if …

You sell exclusively on Poshmark and need a simple automation tool. PrimeLister’s $24.99/month Poshmark bot automates closet actions like sharing and sending offers to likers and followers. But you still need to keep an eye on activity volume to stay within Poshmark’s terms and avoid overly aggressive automation.

Choose Crosslisting Basic if …

You're testing tools and just want to see how the interface feels. This $29.99/month plan only supports one marketplace, but it lets you experiment with bulk import, scheduled relisting, and manual delisting. However, you'll handle crosslisting manually since true multi-platform posting isn't included at this price point.

Choose Crosslisting Pro if …

You actively sell across several platforms, including Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Etsy, and Depop. The $49.99/month plan gives you true crosslisting, centralized inventory management, custom tags for organization, and unlimited scheduled tasks.

What real users are saying

I checked YouTube, Reddit, and other sources to provide you with more information about PrimeLister that’s different from my own experiences with the tool. Here’s what I found:

PrimeLister pros

  • Keeps your Poshmark closet lively: A reseller said PrimeLister’s cloud tool keeps her closet lively with very little work on her end. (April 25th, 2025)
  • Cuts down on daily Poshmark tasks: A PrimeLister user shared that auto-sharing and offers to likers help her handle a big Poshmark closet with far less manual work. (August 5th, 2025)
  • Seeing consistent sales growth: One user noted that after 6 months of using the platform, their sales have noticeably increased. Plus, the platform hasn’t caused any data glitches. (April 16th, 2025)

PrimeLister cons

  • Best suited for Poshmark: A user reported better sales on Poshmark but suggested that PrimeLister offers limited value on other platforms. (April 23rd, 2025)
  • Glitches and unresponsive service: A user shared that the tool came with repeated bugs and failed to deliver on its promises, and support rejected their request for a partial refund. (June 9th, 2025)
  • Misleading cancellation process and poor customer support: One reviewer claimed PrimeLister hid the final cancellation button behind a chat box, causing them to be charged again. They contacted support, but received no refund. (April 22nd, 2025)

PrimeLister alternatives and pricing comparison

Nifty Resellers who want crosslisting, automation, & AI Deep automation, AI listings, analytics Higher pricing; smart-credit system complexity Starts at $25

Vendoo Resellers who scale gradually by listings Fast web app; many marketplaces supported Add-on fees; item-based pricing limits Starts at $8.99 but popular version is $69.99

Nifty vs. PrimeLister: Which should you choose?

Both Nifty and PrimeLister offer automation and crosslisting features. Here’s how to make your choice:

Choose PrimeLister if …

  • You sell on one platform only: PrimeLister works well if you exclusively list on Poshmark or eBay and don't plan to expand. The tool focuses on a single dashboard for importing and editing listings.
  • You run a small closet operation: Casual sellers with around 100 items who don't need several features will appreciate PrimeLister’s simplicity. Its basic crosslisting and automation tools don’t have a learning curve.
  • You need a simple automation tool: If you want basic Poshmark actions like sharing and following, and eBay actions like offering, relisting, and scheduling posts, PrimeLister gets the job done. However, it doesn’t automatically set relisting limits, so set your own limits or be ready to watch your dashboard like a hawk.

Choose Nifty if …

  • You're a small or big seller: Nifty offers flexible plans that accommodate any business, whether you're moving 10 items a month or 1,000. Automation plans are affordable, at only $25/month, and crosslisting plans start at $39.99/month, so Nifty suits any budget.
  • You want a true crosslisting solution: Nifty’s crosslisting plan, which is cheaper than PrimeLister’s, supports crossposting to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy. Nifty also offers automatic delisting and Poshmark sharing. Plus, it has built-in relisting limits, so it’s truly hands-off.
  • You want to list fast and need sales insights: The tool’s AI listing generator creates SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and hashtags from photos. Nifty’s analytics suite gives you the complete breakdown of each item’s cost and profit, and even prepares a Profit & Loss Statement that you can export for your accountant.

My bottom line on PrimeLister: Is it worth it?

If you only need a simple Poshmark or eBay automation tool for under $20/month, PrimeLister might be worth it. But, it doesn’t set relisting or sharing limits, so you’ll need to be careful when refreshing your inventory on marketplaces.

When it comes to crosslisting, PrimeLister falls short: The Basic plan doesn’t even crosslist (despite the name). Plus, if you want a combined automation and crosslisting tool, you’ll need to purchase 3 separate plans (eBay automation, Poshmark bot, and PrimeLister) for at least $80/month. It won’t work as a bundle on the same platform, so you’ll have to toggle tabs.

And when you do sell items, you’ll need to track your costs and revenue to calculate profit manually. PrimeLister doesn’t have an analytics suite. Because of these issues, I only recommend PrimeLister to very small sellers or beginners.

FAQs

1. Does PrimeLister offer a free trial?

Yes, PrimeLister currently offers a 7-day free trial that lets you test its crosslisting and Poshmark automation tools without paying up front. PrimeLister’s refund policy also allows a short window (typically about 48 hours on a first subscription) to request a refund.

2. Is the PrimeLister bot safe to use?

Yes, the PrimeLister bot is generally safe to use, but you need to monitor your activity levels. The tool doesn't enforce built-in relisting limits, so set limits yourself, because aggressive automation can trigger platform violations on Poshmark or eBay. Schedule tasks carefully, avoid relisting items within 60 days, and regularly check your dashboard to prevent excessive activity.

3. Does PrimeLister charge extra for crossposting more items?

No, PrimeLister does not charge extra based on the number of items you crosspost. Once you subscribe to the Crosslisting Pro plan at $49.99/month, you get unlimited crosslisting across all supported marketplaces. However, lower-tier plans like eBay Automation ($15/month) and Poshmark Automation ($24.99/month) don't include crosslisting.
